Broadnet Systems & Solutions was conceived back on the turn of the new Millenium by Mark Hart who, at the time, was working as a Junior Engineer for a large Hertfordshire support company.
Soon it became apparent that a large number IT companies were trading on the customer's lack of knowledge and fear of technology to get away with delivering poor customer service and generate suspect charging structures.
From that point Mark committed to provide his growing customer allocation with a transparent, efficient service. Following a promotion to Lead Engineer, after becoming the most requested engineer in the company, Mark was encouraged by a number of clients to establish Broadnet Systems & Solutions. Doors opened for business in 2002.
Holding true to that original philosophy, we have been supplying SME's and Home Office users with dependable, value for money IT solutions, alongside a great customer service experience, ever since.
In 2014 Clare, Mark's wife, joined Broadnet taking charge of Client Accounts & Credit Control.
